We therefore establish the Sovereign Common Law Assembly:

To restore lawful order under Divine Authority.
To re-establish land and soil jurisdiction.
To protect the inalienable rights of Living Men and Women.
To administer justice according to conscience and truth.
To build communities rooted in stewardship, not exploitation.

COMMON STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE

Our unified objective is:

To re-establish self-governing communities operating under God’s Law, Natural Law, and Common Law, restoring moral autonomy, land jurisdiction, and justice by the People.

DECLARATION OF ALIGNMENT

We align with all bodies that:

  • Recognize the supremacy of Divine Law
  • Uphold Natural Law principles
  • Administer Common Law through jury conscience
  • Reject coercive statutory dominance over Living People

Yet we stand as a distinct Assembly, with our own mission, structure, and stewardship.

DECLARATION OF COVENANT

This is not a rebellion.
It is a restoration.

This is not insurrection.
It is re-alignment with eternal order.

We covenant with one another before God to walk uprightly in truth.

So declared and affirmed.

Our Vision

To establish self-governing communities of Living Men and Women who stand in moral autonomy under God’s Law, live in harmony with Natural Law, administer justice through Common Law, andsteward land, life, and liberty in righteousness for present and future generations.

The Sovereign Common Law Assembly envisions:

  1. Communities governed by conscience rather than coercion
  2. Justice administered by peers, not imposed by artificial authority
  3. Land and soil jurisdiction restored to the Living
  4. Economic stewardship free from exploitation
  5. Leadership rooted in service, integrity, and accountability
  6. A society aligned with Divine Order, Natural Balance, and Common Justice

Our Mission

The mission of the Sovereign Common Law Assembly is:

To restore lawful order by educating, organizing, and empowering Living Men and Women to operate under God’s Law, Natural Law, and Common Law through the structured governance of the Four Pillars.

We commit to:

  1. Teaching foundational principles of Divine and Natural Law
  2. Establishing functioning Common Law assemblies and tribunals
  3. Protecting inherent rights through lawful standing
  4. Developing ethical stewardship and sustainable economic models
  5. Providing community protection, preparedness, and compassionate care
  6. Building principled alliances with aligned Common Law bodies
  7. Ensuring generational continuity of lawful self-governance

Our Core Values

We, the Living People  male and female, born of the land and soil, endowed by the Creator with life, reason, conscience, and moral freedom  do hereby pledge this Constitution.

We acknowledge:

  1. The Creator of All is above all things and all authority flows from that supreme, eternal source.
  2. Natural Law, written on the human heart, is immutable, universal, and binding.
  3. Common Law, arising from conscience, custom, and peer accountability, is the rightful law of the people.
  4. Statutes, codes, corporations, and corporate courts derive from artificial authority and cannot supersede God’s Law or Natural Law principles.

We therefore establish the Sovereign Common Law Assembly to restore lawful governance, protect inherent rights, and uphold justice through direct participation of Living Men and Women.

Our strategic objective is to reclaim moral autonomy, restore land and soul jurisdiction, and empower every Living Person as sovereign under Divine and Natural Law.

This Constitution is a Covenant of Conscience and Conscience Alone, not arising from, nor enforceable by, statutory authority.

🌍 STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT STATEMENT

All actions, decisions, and implementation measures of the Sovereign Common Law Assembly shall be measured against this Vision and Mission and aligned with the Unified Strategic Objective declared in Article I.

No Pillar, steward, or action may operate outside this declared purpose.
